Dr. Victoria Brown has always had a passion for the Cosmetology industry. As a young girl, she watched her mom fulfill her passion for hair in the kitchen and has been fascinated since. She has created looks on clients since the early age of 15 and proceeded to attend college after finishing high school to major in education.  However, as the program progressed, she quickly realized that her first passion was Cosmetology.  Feeling right at home to continue to excel towards her dreams as a Master Cosmetologist.  ​At the age 24 years old, Dr. Brown opened her salon which is known as Split Endz Salon and Hair Replacement Center LLC in Perry, GA and she has also launched her very own line of hair care products. With over 19 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and 16 years as an entrepreneur, she continues to reach past the stars. Dr. Brown love inspiring and educating other future beauty professionals on how to become professional leaders in the beauty industry. Which led her to further her education as a licensed cosmetology instructor and pursue her doctoral degree.​ Dr. Brown has educated with some of the industry’s most respected and well-known brands such as John Paul Mitchell Systems, Patric Bradley, Advanced Coloration and Naked and Essations and One Styling Tools. She has also performed platform work at the International Bronner Bros. Hair Show, Birmingham Premiere Show and numerous of other in salon classes all over the southeast region.
